Our Neo, is a rescue rat picked up from South Florida. He was originally born in Georgia and is the grandson of our own beloved Timber. Bad Newbie is slowing down these days and ha passed the Bad Rat torch to this fearless little fellow. Neo lives free range in Bella's room.
